2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting our contact form, downloading our materials, or booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Roimatics offers:

• Consulting sessions — scheduled one-to-one sessions with a member of our team, delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise.

We describe each service as accurately as we can before you commit to it. We may add, change, or withdraw parts of our offering, and we will not withdraw a service you have already paid for without offering a replacement or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Everything we publish and discuss is educational and informational. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any specific action. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.

6. Bookings, pricing, and payment

Free materials are provided at no cost. Where a service is paid, the price, what is included, and the payment terms are confirmed to you in writing before payment is taken. All prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Payment is due as set out in that confirmation, and a booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies, are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
